Requirements Several years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, and experience with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud Understanding of NGO and foundation processes and their specific requirements Strong conceptual skills in mapping client requirements to Salesforce features and workflows Experience with best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem Leadership experience in technical teams and clear, effective stakeholder communication Desirable certifications: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect Excellent German and English language skills combined with strong communication abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr You advise our clients on Salesforce requirements and best practices, presenting scalable and future-proof solutions.
